For full transparency, here are the costs that are NOT included in the daily rental rate:
Fuel
You fill the tank yourself. MAN TGE consumes approximately 10-12 litres per 100 km. Return the campervan with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
Security deposit - 5,000 PLN
Collected at pick-up, returned within 3 business days after return. Covers potential damages beyond normal wear. If the campervan returns in good condition - 100% refunded.
Delivery to other cities
Pick-up in Szczecinek is free. Delivery to other Polish cities (Szczecin, Poznań, Gdańsk, Tricity, Bydgoszcz, etc.) for an additional fee depending on distance. Call for a quote.
Motorway tolls & parking
Motorway tolls (e-TOLL) and parking fees are at your expense. Most natural and scenic spots in Poland are free to park.

Pricing - FAQ
- How much does campervan rental cost?
- MAN TGE campervan rental: off season 400 PLN/day, mid season 500 PLN/day, high season 600 PLN/day (July-August). The price includes full equipment: Starlink Mini, 500W solar panels, Truma D6E heating, kitchen, bathroom, bedding, towels, and kitchen set. Call +48 666 607 545 for an exact quote for your dates.
- What is the deposit amount and when is it returned?
- The deposit is 5,000 PLN, collected at campervan pick-up. We return it within 3 business days after vehicle return, following a joint condition check. The deposit covers any damages beyond normal wear. If the campervan returns in good condition - you get 100% of your deposit back.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- The booking deposit is paid online via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, BLIK). The remaining amount and the 5,000 PLN security deposit are paid at pick-up - we accept bank transfer or cash. VAT invoice available on request.
- Can I cancel my reservation?
- Yes. Cancellation 30+ days before — 100% deposit refund. Cancellation 14-30 days before — 50% deposit refund. Cancellation under 14 days — deposit forfeited. You can always transfer your booking to different dates (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
- What is NOT included in the rental price?
- NOT included: fuel (fill up yourself, consumption approx. 10-12L/100km), campervan delivery to a city other than Szczecinek (individually quoted), motorway tolls and parking fees, and the 5,000 PLN security deposit (refundable). Everything else - Starlink, solar, heating, kitchen, bathroom, bedding - is included.
- Does the price include insurance?
- Yes. The campervan is fully insured (third-party liability, comprehensive, personal accident). Insurance covers travel across all of Europe. No additional insurance is required. The 5,000 PLN deposit covers any damages from improper use that aren't covered by the comprehensive policy.
