§3 Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of the campervan rental agreement — handling enquiries, confirming reservations, pre-contractual and post-performance communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract).
- Analytics and own marketing — analysing website traffic to improve service quality and optimise content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
- Fulfilment of legal obligations — retention of accounting and tax documents. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
§4 Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Google LLC — as part of the Google Analytics 4 service (analytical data); Google applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
