How the voucher works
Buying a campervan voucher is simple. Contact us by phone (+48 666 607 545) or email (info@nomadcamper.pl), choose the voucher type (weekend, week, or custom amount), and pay by bank transfer or Stripe. Within 24 hours, you receive an elegantly designed voucher as a PDF — ready to print, frame, or forward to the lucky recipient. We can also send a physical gift card by post if you prefer.
The recipient contacts us when they are ready to plan their adventure. They check available dates, choose their preferred period, and book just like any other customer. The voucher value is deducted from the total rental cost. If the trip costs more than the voucher (for example, a week-long trip with a weekend voucher), they simply pay the difference.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. This gives the recipient plenty of time to plan their perfect trip — whether it is a summer lake holiday, an autumn road trip, a winter skiing adventure, or a spring escape. The experience includes everything: Starlink Mini, 500W solar panels, Truma D6E heating, full kitchen, bathroom, bedding, towels — our all-inclusive package.

- How long is the voucher valid?
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The recipient can choose any available dates within this period. If they can't use the voucher within a year, contact us — we'll try to find a solution.
- Can the recipient choose their own dates?
- Yes, that's the beauty of a voucher! The recipient contacts us, checks availability, and chooses dates that suit them. It can be a weekend, a week, two weeks — depending on the voucher value. Dates are agreed together, depending on campervan availability.
- Can I buy a voucher for any amount?
- Yes! We offer vouchers in three variants: weekend (3 nights), weekly (7 nights), and value-based (any amount to be used towards a rental). The value-based voucher is the most flexible — the recipient pays the difference if they want to rent for longer than the voucher covers.
