A campervan at Garbicz Festival does not have to mean driving the van from Szczecinek and hunting for a pitch in the queue. Nomad Camper delivers a MAN TGE straight onto the festival site and collects it after the last night. The package for the whole festival is 2000 euro. This article explains what that price covers, when the 1000 euro airport transfer applies, and which tickets you still buy yourself in the official Garbicz shop.
The 2000 euro Garbicz campervan package
The official name is Garbicz Festival, after the village of Garbicz near Torzym in Lubusz, Poland. The address in the festival FAQ is Garbicz 32F, 66-235 Torzym. The next edition runs from Thursday 29 July 2027 at 10:00 to Monday 2 August 2027 at 22:00. If you want an extra day, Garbicz sells a separate Wednesday ticket from 10:00 on Wednesday 28 July.
The Nomad Camper package is not a normal campervan rental billed per night from Szczecinek. It is a festival delivery job:
- we deliver the campervan directly to the festival grounds,
- we collect it from there after the edition ends,
- the van stays with you for the whole festival,
- the package price is 2000 euro.
Key fact: 2000 euro is the full Garbicz campervan package. We do not add the standard nightly rate or the usual rental deposit on top. One figure covers delivery, the van on site, and collection.
There is one van. A MAN TGE 3.140. We do not run a festival fleet. Whoever books the package gets the van. Everyone else looks for another vehicle or goes back to a tent.
Festival tickets and the official camper ticket
This part is not optional. Nomad Camper cannot buy the official Garbicz camper ticket for you, because the organiser will not sell a van pitch without a main festival ticket. You pay for the festival camper ticket together with your own entry ticket.
According to the official Garbicz Festival FAQ, every campervan needs a dedicated camper ticket: Onsite Camp, Silent Camp or Village Camp. That ticket does not include festival entry. Every person in your group needs their own festival pass.
The split looks like this:
- Buy Garbicz tickets for every person in the group.
- Add the official campervan ticket for the vehicle.
- Book our 2000 or 3000 euro package.
- Send us the camp zone type and the details we need for delivery.
You may not pitch an extra tent next to the van. If you hold Onsite Camp, Garbicz includes Wednesday arrival from 10:00 for the driver plus one passenger in the same vehicle. Check-in, accreditation and the exact pitch sit with the organiser. We deliver the van to the zone that ticket allows.
Garbicz is adults only. Children and animals are banned from the festival grounds and from Silent and Village Camp. Do not treat this package as a family trip with kids.
Airport transfer from Berlin or Warsaw
The campervan package on its own is 2000 euro. If you land in Berlin or Warsaw, we add a premium-car airport pickup and return for 1000 euro. Together that is 3000 euro.
- Garbicz campervan package: 2000 euro.
- Airport transfer both ways: 1000 euro.
- Garbicz package plus airport transfer: 3000 euro.
We handle that side. We pick you up at Berlin or Warsaw airport, drive you straight to the festival, and take you back to the same airport after the last night. You skip the train to Rzepin, the 20-minute taxi, and the Bassliner-plus-luggage puzzle.
The festival FAQ says the drive from Berlin usually takes less than two hours. Warsaw is farther. The premium transfer is for people flying in who want to walk out of the terminal into a car, not build a multi-leg trip with five days of bags.
The 3000 euro figure is the van on site plus that transfer. It still does not include the official Garbicz entry ticket or the organiser's camper ticket.
How the days on site actually work
Garbicz sits in a nature reserve, by a lake, under old trees. It is a small, dense gathering, not a stadium show. The official site puts the next edition at 29 July to 2 August 2027.
A typical run with our package looks like this:
- You buy organiser tickets and reserve the van with us.
- We deliver the campervan into the chosen camper zone.
- You enter with your own festival pass and sleep in the van, not in a tent.
- After the last night you hand back the keys. We collect the van. If you booked the 3000 euro package, we drive you to the airport.
On the practical side the van gives you what the forest will not give you at 5am. A fixed 140 by 200 cm bed. A Dometic cassette toilet, not a toi-toi queue. A kitchen and a 70 l fridge, as long as cooking stays inside festival rules. Starlink Mini is included if you want to check the lineup or answer a mail without festival LTE.
We do not promise a mains hookup. Garbicz is off-grid. The van carries 405 Ah LiFePO4 and 500 W of solar. That covers a few days without hunting for a generator. Truma D6E heating and the Dometic FreshLight 1400 are there so you come back to a warm or cool cabin, not a wet sleeping bag.
The festival is cashless. Wristband currency is Szunny, at 1 Szunny = 1 Polish zloty. You top up before arrival or on site. That is the organiser's system, not part of our package.
What is in the van, and what Garbicz rules block
The MAN TGE 3.140 from our campervan rental arrives as a finished base, not an empty shell. Inside you get a fixed bed, a toilet, a Maxxfan, a 70 l Dometic fridge, a Solgaz hob, 405 Ah, solar and Starlink Mini. Outside you get AT tyres and ground clearance that still works on a wet forest track.
Festival rules are tighter than a normal campsite. The official FAQ only allows small camping gas stoves with cartridges up to 500 g, for cooking only. Gas grills, charcoal grills, open fires, fire bowls and cylinders larger than 500 g are banned. You never leave a stove unattended and you do not cook in the forest. Staff can also stop even the small stoves in a heatwave.
Key fact: the package is not a permit to grill in the woods. You cook only inside Garbicz rules. Glass is banned on site. You do not bring your own booze onto the dancefloors. You do not take SLRs or video cameras onto the grounds. Garbicz runs a no-photo rule around people you do not know.

Booking the only van
This is not an open pool of vehicles. One van, one festival window. The order is simple:
- Check the 2027 dates and buy tickets on garbiczfestival.com, including the camper ticket.
- Write or call us and say whether you want the 2000 euro package or the 3000 euro package with transfer.
- Give us the airport if you want Berlin or Warsaw pickup, plus the number of people in the group.
- You pay the package. We deliver the van. You enter the festival on your own tickets.
Standard van pickup in Szczecinek does not apply here. You do not collect keys on Mickiewicza Street. We take the campervan to the festival grounds. If you want a normal online campervan rental on another date, that path stays separate, with the nightly price list.
