54 verified campsites, camper parkings and dump stations in Masuria.
Masuria — the Land of a Thousand Lakes — is one of the most popular campervan destinations in Poland. The Great Masurian Lakes (Śniardwy, Niegocin, Mamry, Nidzkie and Jezioro Roś) form an interconnected waterway linking Giżycko, Mikołajki, Ruciane-Nida and Węgorzewo. Most campsites open in late April or early May and the high season runs from mid-June to the end of August. Full-service campsites (230V power, water, cassette dump, showers) typically cost 80–140 PLN per night for a campervan with two adults; simpler camper parkings can be half the price. Masuria is perfect for combining a campervan trip with water activities — kayaking on the Krutynia river, sailing boats out of Giżycko, lake swimming in some of the cleanest water in Poland, and short cruises between the Great Lakes. You will also find scenic viewpoints over Śniardwy, historical sites like the Wolf's Lair in Gierłoż, and plenty of dump stations at both campsites and roadside camper parkings. Digital nomads can rely on LTE coverage and campsite Wi-Fi around Mikołajki and Giżycko.

Campsites on the Great Masurian Lakes charge 80–140 PLN per night for a campervan with two adults during peak season (July–August). The price usually includes 230V power, water, cassette dump, showers and a parking pitch. Simpler camper parkings without full infrastructure cost 40–70 PLN per night.
Wild camping is forbidden inside the Masuria Landscape Park and Natura 2000 areas, which cover most of the attractive lakefront locations. You can legally stay overnight at camper parkings, campsites or designated bivouac points — all marked on our map.
The best window is June to September. July–August is warmest (lake water 20–23°C) but campsites fill up, so book ahead. May and September are quieter and cheaper. Most campsites are closed between November and March.
The highest-rated locations cluster around Mikołajki (Śniardwy lake), Giżycko (Mamry and Niegocin), Ruciane-Nida (Pisz Forest, Nidzkie lake) and Węgorzewo. All offer 230V power, water, cassette dump and — at most sites — direct beach access.
Cassette dump stations are available at most campsites and some camper parkings around Mikołajki, Giżycko and Ruciane-Nida. Many are free for overnight guests and several are open 24/7. Use the ”dump station” filter on the map for the full list.
